Molly Mc Nearney: The writing staff is in the building next door, and Jimmy's office is in the theater. Molly: At one of the writers' meetings—because Jimmy is always thinking about food—he asked us what our five favorite foods were.Most of us write from home in the morning, and then we email all of our ideas to Jimmy. All the writers would socialize after the show, and we would just hang out more and more. I listed mine, which were pizza, gnocchi pasta, a BLT, crab claws, and a cheeseburger. He opens the door, and the whole house smelled delicious. He's taken maybe one or two in four years, and when that happened, I thought he was broken and something had actually happened to him.I think it will be very hard for me to leave because this place is literally and figuratively family, but I think it would be good for me and for our marriage, where I could come home at the end of the day and not actually know the answer to, "How was your day?

Molly: I really love my job, but I do think it would be wise for me to try new things.I've been here for 10 years now, but I'd like to write for different formats—a screenplay, a script, a sitcom, something different.I love the guys here, and they've always treated me really well.When you're around funny people, the biggest compliment you can get is when another funny person thinks you're funny.
